What Is Your Investment?
You pay for your flights (~$500);
we take care of EVERYTHING else!
Shared Room
- Early Bird Rate – $4,495 (Ends Dec. 31)

Private Room

Each Costa Dulce cabin comes with a private restroom.
*Standard Rate Payment Schedule
- $500 deposit to reserve your seat.
- 33% of the remainder due Feb 15, 2025.
- 33% of the remainder due by March 15, 2025.
- Final balance due by April 15, 2025.
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments can be made via Zelle, check, or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.
If, for any reason, your application or health questionnaire is not accepted, any deposits made will be immediately refunded.
If, for any reason, the experience is canceled, your registration fees will be refunded in full.*
If your application/health intake form is accepted, the following refund policy applies:*
- Before December 31, 2024, all registration fees, minus a $300 processing fee, are fully refundable.
- From January 1, 2025, to March 15, 2025, 50% of your registration fees are refundable.
- After March 15, 2025, no refunds will be offered.
*Please note that this refund policy pertains to the registration fees you paid to Pure Imagination, LLC for the event described above and does not apply to your airfare and any miscellaneous costs, which Pure Imagination does not cover.

Travel Details
Inbound: Arrive Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) no later than 1:00 PM on May 4, 2025.*
Transport by bus to the Costa Dulce Eco-lodge 35 minutes outside San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua.
Outside of a few guided excursions, we will stay on the Costa Dulce property the entire week.
Transport by bus from Costa Dulce back to Liberia.
Outbound: Depart Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) after noon on May 10, 2025.*
*Any hotel fees incurred to meet the needs of arrival and departure shuttles are not included in the cost of the experience and must be covered by the participant.
**Private shuttles to and from the airport and Costa Dulce to accomodate early/late arrivals or airline delays will incur a fee of $250 USD and must be paid by the participant.
